Ordering and Shipping

Theonne accepts orders in all 50 states of the United States. We do not ship internationally.

Theonne accepts payment using American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Sales tax is not charged on items delivered within the domestic U.S. with the exception of those states in which sales tax is required to be charged.

An email confirmation will be sent to you once an order is placed. A second email confirmation will be sent with the tracking number upon shipment of your order. Kindly note that all products are subject to availability. Your order will be cancelled if your requested item is out of stock and you will be notified by a member of our customer service team.

All orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment in addition to the time indicated by your chosen shipping method. Please note that orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. Shipping methods and the estimated fees within the domestic U.S are as follows:

To Continental United States

UPS Ground (within 5 business days): $10 for orders under $200; free shipping for orders at or over $200

UPS 2nd Day (by end of 2nd business day): $20

UPS Next Day (by 3.00 p.m. of next business day): $45

To Hawaii and Alaska

UPS Ground (within 5 business days): $20

Theonne is not responsible for any delays in delivery due to reasons that are out of our control (e.g., weather). Any claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the customer with the shipping company.

Changes/Cancellations

We are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed. Please return or exchange your purchase after receiving your order according to our Return and Exchange policy set forth herein below.

Returns and Exchanges

Should you wish to return or exchange the merchandise, you must contact our customer service representative at customercare@theonne.com within fourteen (14) days of your purchase for a Return/Exchange Confirmation Number.

Returns and exchanges can only be made on items that have not been worn, altered, washed or damaged. Sale merchandise may be returned with the exception of Final Sale merchandise. Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned nor exchanged. Items on Final Sale are indicated in website as "Final Sale". All items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. Items must have all tags attached in order to be accepted. Theonne has the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet these return policy requirements.

Please note that delivery and handling charges are non-refundable. All return shipping charges must be prepaid by customer. Please keep the return tracking number to monitor delivery status. All refunds or extra payment resulting from exchanges will be made in the same form as the original payment within ten (10) business days after our receipt of the merchandise.

Return Procedures

You must contact our customer service representative at customercare@theonne.com before returning your item. Please include all of the information below in the email request:

  1. Order number
  2. Item(s) you are returning
  3. Reasons for return
  4. Your contact information (email address and phone number)

You will then receive a Return Confirmation Form with a Return Confirmation Number from our customer service representative. Ship the return items together with the Return Confirmation Form to the address indicated on the confirmation form. No refund will be processed without a Return Confirmation Number.

Return packages must be received by us no later than 30 days from date of original purchase indicated on the invoice.

Exchange Procedures

If you would like to exchange an item, you must contact our customer service representative at customercare@theonne.com before exchanging. Please include all of the information below in the email request:

  1. Order number
  2. Item(s) you are exchanging
  3. Item(s) (including size and color) you would like to receive
  4. Your contact information (email address and phone number)

You will then receive an Exchange Confirmation Form with an Exchange Confirmation Number from our customer service representative. Ship the return items together with the Exchange Confirmation Form to the address indicated in the confirmation form. No exchange will be processed without an Exchange Confirmation Number. Exchange packages must be received by us no later than thirty (30) days from date of original purchase indicated on the invoice. We will ship the exchange to you at no extra cost using UPS Ground services.
